Impact Reports
Healthier Jupiter is funded through a generous grant from Palm Health Foundation as part of its Healthier Together Initiative. Healthier Together is a long-term, place-based funding approach designed to solve the community’s most complex healthcare issues, neighborhood by neighborhood. As with any initiative, an evaluation framework is important to ongoing monitoring, impact assessment and learning. Please read through our last several years of Impact Reports to see what we have learned and the impact we are having in the community.

Community Surveys
Healthier Jupiter seeks to learn more about our community’s health and how we can work together to improve health and well-being in our community. We do this by collecting important health data from our community residents. The survey has been conducted over the past three years. Download the reports below to learn more.

Alongside you all, Healthier Jupiter has dedicated the last 6 years to bringing the greater Jupiter community together to encourage each person to live their healthiest life. We are extremely fortunate to have done that work as part of Jupiter Medical Center and are grateful for their support of Healthier Jupiter over the years.
Healthier Jupiter is now in a transition phase where we need your help to figure out the future. We can either find a new fiscal agent or sunset the initiative* and we need to decide by early December. You all have spent the last 6 years investing your time, experience, and knowledge to improve community health. Healthier Jupiter needs your voice now more than ever.
Think about your involvement in Healthier Jupiter, either through the lens of a workgroup/committee or Healthier Jupiter in general, and let us know your responses to the following questions. You may include your name and contact information or submit as anonymous. However, we need you to include your information if you would like to receive a Healthier Jupiter gift and enter into the chance drawing for a gift card.
* What is a fiscal agent? For Healthier Jupiter, a fiscal agent is a non-profit organization that provides infrastructure support, including office space, accounting, financial management and human resources support. A fiscal agent is essentially a partner organization that serves as a home for the initiative whose values and activities align with creating a healthier community for all.
* What does sunset mean? The initiative would end/go away, however, the projects and programs Healthier Jupiter has created can live on with different partner organizations.
