Healthy at Home from the American Heart Association
Remember, nutrition and physical activity still count even during quarantine!
American Heart Association Palm Beach County has created a Healthy at Home Toolkit for our local community! The goal is to provide healthy eating and physical activity tips during this time.
You can download it here. Or click the pages below.
If you would like printed copies to distribute to your friends, family or neighbors please send Healthier Jupiter’s Project Director, Joanna Peluso an email at healthierjupiter@htpbc.org with your name, how many copies you would like and a day/time to pick up.
Thank you to Healthier Jupiter’s Steering Committee Member and Co-chair Sheree Wolliston the Director of Community Impact for the American Heart Association Southeast Region for sharing this incredible resource.
