Let's Move in March!

Regular physical activity can make a lasting change in your health! If you participate in sustained physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day or more, you can improve your health dramatically.

The Let’s Move: Commit to Change Physical Activity Challenge invites Palm Beach County residents to form teams and get moving together – let’s make this fun! Commit to exercising at least 30 minutes a day, log your minutes, and let’s see if we can get Town of Jupiter Team to #1!

HOW TO REGISTER:

Rally your friends, family and coworkers and register at http://www.letsmovepbc.org/ . The Organization / Team Name is “Town of Jupiter” and find your Sub-team, create one, or join Healthier Jupiter’s sub-team. Follow the prompts here to register a new subteam: register.letsmovepbc.org/request-team. Check out the guides below!

HOW TO LOG YOUR MINUTES:

Once you register…

  1. Log your activity minutes on the Let’s Move website.

  2. Or record using the weekly Tracking Sheet and submit to Joanna at healthierjupiter@htpbc.org or by text at 732-948-1883. If you don’t want to take a photo of your log, you can just total the number of activity minutes and type of activity and send it.

How will you get your minutes in this week? You can walk, run, do yoga, garden, play sports, go to the playground with your kids, deskercise, etc. You chose what you like to do, do it for 30 minutes, and #LetsMove! Need some additional help on what to do? Check out these great resources:
